LARGE SCALE EVENT?

We love a challenge! To ensure all runs smoothly a site visit will ensure we bring in the right equipment, manpower and expertise.

FLOOR PLANS

If you have a floor plan and dimensions of your venue, we are able to draw up a 2D scale floor plan so you can rest assured everything is going to fit perfectly. For more complex events we may choose to draw up a 3D CAD plan at our descression for more efficient installation or to explain an idea in more detail.

PITCHES & PROPOSALS

As standard we will usually send through a basic quote as well as images of the items, however for more intricate or larger scale enquiries our team are able to put together detailed proposals and mood boards when necessary.

HOW TO BOOK

We recognise that everyone has different ways of working and our team are here to make your life as easy as possible. We will always do our best to adjust our approach to suit our clients. Below we have detailed a few of the most common ways we assist our clients.

Navigate to our Roster page and use the filters to assist in searching for your perfect act. Each act has a profile page with a short description and videos and images to help with the selection process. jot down the name of each act you think could be a potential candidate for your event and if you have any questions regarding their performance.

Pull together as much event information as possible. The more information you have at this stage the more accurate our quote will be. As a guide, it is really helpful for us to know the type of event, date you would like the performance, venue/address, event start and finish times, access times for setup and de-rig and when you would preferably like the artist to do their performance and any other key information you think might be useful for us to know. Please see out faq’s page for some commonly asked questions when booking entertainment

Once you have all the information together, email or call us. We will then input your enquiry into our system and check availability and pencil any potential act. We will then submit an accurate quote based on all the details you have submitted and answer any questions you may have.  

Once you are satisfied you have found the right act for your event let us know that you would like to confirm along with all the relevant invoice information including a PO (if necessary), and we will send over the booking contract and deposit invoice. Please be aware that we do not fully confirm any acts until we have received both the signed contract and 50% deposit payment. You can view our standard terms and conditions here

Production is a multi-faceted service that can be quite technical and overwhelming. In this instance, we would suggest you create and submit a brief to us explaining the look and feel you are trying to create, and we will be happy to make suggestions, and guide you through of all the services we can offer to bring your event to life. If you already have certain aspects covered by other suppliers or the venue, just let us know and we will leave that out of our proposal.

The more information you can give us at this stage will mean our initial quote is as accurate a possible and minimise the chance of any issues arising during the installation. Common things to consider would be, venue address with accurate delivery & setup times, a venue floorplan with dimensions and images are always extremely useful for our team if we are not already familiar with the venue. Any loading restrictions unique to the venue, for example, are there stairs or lifts that will need to be used? Is there easy access and parking for large vans outside the venue? If you have an idea of budget at this stage it is very useful so we understand what your expectations may be.

I am looking for simple and classy decorative lighting and a background pa system for the reception. Then for the dinner area I would like to continue the decorative lighting as well as lighting and sound for the speeches and there will be video presentation as well. For the dancing area we would like a full dance floor lighting setup and DJ Pa system as well as staging and a black and white dance floor suitable for the venue and number of guests. The theme of the event is The Great Gatsby, so if you could please suggest something appropriate, the venue and number of guests attending. I have allowed a budget of £xxx, if you could let me know what would be possible?
